Who is not afraid of risk? Immigrants, that’s who.

Starting up another week still thinking about starting a business? Maybe you are afraid of risk. I find many wannabe Business Owners are.

Current trends I am experiencing might surprise you (or they may not!):

– Immigrants start businesses (including franchises) at 2x the rate of natural born citizens – their risk tolerance is higher. I have seen this trend reflected in my work. Overall, Immigrants comprise 30% of all current Entrepreneurs.

– Entrepreneurs come in all shapes and sizes, education levels and ages.

– 50.8% are 45-65, so fear of being too old should be no excuse

– Businesses started by women are at a 2-decade high. (all statistics are from the Kaufman Report on Entrepreneurship, 2016)

I meet all types of people who have dreams of becoming a Business Owner – women, natural born citizens, immigrants, people going through life transitions – and the most rewarding part of what I do is enable them to take the first step. Schedule time with me for a conversation. I can get you started.
