Take action!
Does this statement sound familiar, “If you don’t make a change, where will you be a year from now”?
You have accomplished much to be proud of. But there’s a nagging doubt that makes you question if you’re on the right path.
Sometimes it can start as just a fleeting thought.
You may dismiss it thinking you’ve had a bad day, but then a pattern appears.
You dread going to work. You daydream about doing something new or different.
You even catch yourself scanning the Internet for better opportunities.
You know you’re ready for something bigger, better or different.
Something’s got to change, but you don’t know exactly what it is, where to start, or the process to follow.
The truth is, 85% of our time spent is spent trading time for money. What we often forget is that we have choices. We get so caught up in the “fear” of a change we forget we are the drivers of our own bus.
If any of this sounds familiar you’re not alone! Life is a series of chapters, and when one chapter is prolonged, discomfort sets in with accompanying feelings of discontent, and sometimes even hopelessness. Becoming aware of these feelings helps to facilitate action.
Action creates movement, movement creates momentum, and momentum creates change.
Here are 5 simple tips to help you take action:
