How are you making your customers’ day better? Think of your greatest success story with a customer:
- What result did that person get from working with you?
- How did you relieve their pain and make their world better?
- What would have been the cost to the client had they NOT used your product or service?
Get the answers to these questions, and you’ll have a solid foundation for all of your communication with prospects.
